Dog baths are frequent, esp in the summer, on Sky Farm Farm because my doggy loves rolling in the dirt to cool off. This shampoo bar does not dry out her skin and leaves her fur soft and clean. The Cedarwood and Geranium Essential Oils help with doggy odor and to deter fleas if they are around. Bath time is not stressful for my girl. We even have a designated water station to get hosed off, which can occur on a daily basis in the hotter months. If there's a bit of red in the lather, it's the red clay and beet powder in the bar and not to worry. Get your dog's fur throughly wet, then shampoo all over using the bar directly on the fur or get a thick creamy lather in your hands. Rinse well.
